Species Description
Fairly frequent and widespread throughout the UK though more so in the South. Habitat includes: anywhere near the food plant Figwort and Mullein e.g. meadows, roadside verges, gardens, parks, cemeteries, allotments, scrub, wasteland, woodland, watersides, marshland, coast land etc. Larvae are covered in a shiny, sticky glue like substance and look like slugs.
