Species Description
Widespread but scattered throughout most of the UK though more common in the South. Habitat includes: Open shady places with calcareous soil such as woodland (open / coppice), scrub, short grassland, rocky slopes, limestone pavement, riversides, roadsides, railway banks etc. Flowers March to June. Perennial.
