Ashton court

Description

Although technically in North Somerset. It is well used by Bristolians and the home of the international balloon fiesta as well as many other events. And because of its richness in biodiversity being close to Leigh Woods and the Avon Gorge I can't miss it out. Ashton Court comprises mainly of grassland and patches of woodland. It is home to some of Britain's rarest wildlife such as the Green-flowered Helleborine, Marsh Tit. Two herds of deer exist here: The Red Deer and the Fallow Deer as well as two wild species: Roe deer and Muntjac Deer.
