Species Description
Common and widespread throughout the UK but less so in Scotland. Habitat includes: Anywhere with a diverse range of low-growing plants such as gardens, parks, allotments, churchyards, meadows, wasteland, roadside verges, railway banks, scrub, hedgerows, woodland etc. Flight period: 2 generations a year (May to June, August to October). Wingspan 24 - 30 mm.
