Species Description
Was extinct in the UK in the early 20th century but is now becoming increasingly common and is now widespread in the Southern half of the UK. Habitat includes: gardens,parks, aomts, cemeteries roadside verges, woodland edges, hedgerows larvae feed on the flowers and seeds of various wild and cultivated Lettuce. Wingspan 32-34mm. Adults fly mainly in June and July and are occasionally attracted to light.
