Species Description
Widespread in England and Wales but not common. In Scotland it is rare. Habitats include: areas with lots of flowers particularly composites such as this Oxeye daisy e.g. flower rich Meadows, road side verges, cliffs. Excavates tunnels in sandstone cliffs, steep cuttings and soft mortar in brick walls for nests. 7-9mm in length.
