Species Description

Widespread but not very common. More common in the South. Habitat includes: cemeteries, meadows, rough grassland, hedgerows, woodland edge, railway banks, road side verges, wasteland, field margins, cultivated places e.g. allotments, farmland etc. Flowers: June to August. Perennial.
