Species Description
Common and widespread throughout the UK. Habitat includes: Wet places with calcareous to mildly acidic soils such as water margins, ponds, lakes, streams river banks, ditches, dykes, marshes, fens etc. Flowers: May to September. Growing habit: Rhizomatous / Stoloniferous Perennial. Other names include: True Forget-me-not, Scorpion Grass (due to the spiraling curve of its inflorescence on scorpioid cymes).
