Species Description
Nationally rare. Habitat includes: exposed rock-faces, scree etc. Growing habit: Monocarpic, Dioecious Perennial.

Trinia glauca (L.) Dumort. - Honewort.
Stems erect, to 20cm, with dense sheath of fibres at base; female plants with longer, more unequal rays and fewer, longer-pedicelled flowers than male plants; fruits 2.3-3mm; (2n=18). Native; dry limestone turf; very local in South Devon, North Somerset and West Gloucestershire, possibly formerly Sussex.
