Leaves entire and dentate, mid-green, bristly hairy with numerous simple and stellate hairs. Leaves lanceolate, less than or equal to c. 8cm, bluntly pointed at apex, petiole short. Stem 1-3, simple-sagittate, dentate, less than or equal to c. 4 cm, auricles c. 5 mm. Stem green, not pruinose, hairy at base with relatively sparse stellate and simple hairs, becoming very sparse further up the stem, c. 2.5 mm in width at the base to less than 1 mm towards the apex. Pedicels spreading to erecto-patent, mostly c. 1 cm, longer than the capsule, covered and clothed like the upper stem. Capsules convex-sided, cardiac with a narrowly cuneate base, c. 6.5 x 6.5 mm, notch deep, widely angled, style not exceeding it. Lobes triangular-ovate, upwardly outwardly directed, bronzy infused when young but soon turning green, lobe turning point towards outer edge. Flowers c. 2 mm across, petals white, obovate, scarcely exceeding sepals. Sepals green, white-margined, glabrous.
