Species Description
Widespread throughout the UK. Habitat includes: Amongst low, dense vegetation in places such as gardens, parks, allotments, cemeteries, scrub, woodland, wasteland, lane sides, road side verges etc. (I've found it seems to have an association with various Bedstraws such as Cleavers). Seen: Spring to Autumn. There are two forms of this species: yellow (form repandus) and purple. They both interbreed to produce offspring that are single in colour. Length: Up to 1 mm.
