Species Description

Widespread but local in the South. Habitat includes: Anywhere with roses such as gardens, parks, allotments, churchyards, hedgerows, scrub, wasteland, woodland, roadside verges, railway banks etc. Length: 7 - 10 mm. Flight period: May to September.
