Inflorescence of several stalked corymbose clusters of 5-18 reddish-brown to dark brown flowers; seed 0.8-1.1(1.3) x (0.5)0.7-0.9mm plus appendage 0.4-0.5mm; 2n=36. Common throughout British Isles except parts of Central & East England and Central & West Ireland.
