Species Description
Widespread but scattered and local in the South, becoming rare in the North. Probably under-recorded. Habitat includes: dry grassland, heaths, dunes, well-drained grassy banks, roadside verges etc. Feeds on a range of plants but strongly associated with the Crane's-bill family (Geraniaceae); particularly Common Stork's-bill (Erodium cicutarium). Seen: All year round. Length: 4 - 5 mm
