Species Description
A scarce species found widely scattered across the southern half of England. Habitat includes: bare, dry open situations on thin soils such as short sparsely vegetated grassland, cliffs, old quarries, coasts, arable fields, dirt tracks, lanes etc. Length: 6 - 8 mm. Adult seen: all year round, with the new generation complete by August.
