Species Description
Widespread and locally common mainly in the South and more scattered further North. Habitat includes: ancient woodland, in Gully's, Gorges, sunny rides / clearings, copses, grassland, hedgerows, scrub etc. Adults seen most active between May and June (Females can be seen into October whereas Males only in the Spring and Summer). Length: 5 - 7 mm
