I would like to propose the plan of creating two new naturalistic wildlife ponds. If successful I have a few more locations in mind in order to replicate the dotted system of ponds that existed here over 100 years ago.
The idea is to not to use a liner but to instead dig a hole in the clay waterlogged soil to hold water. In the two ponds I propose a spring also occurs.
