Species Description

Common and widespread throughout the UK. Habitat includdes: gardens, arks, allotments, cemeteries, farm land, grassland, fields, woodland, hedgerows, road side verges. Other names include: Lob worm. Length: up to 35 cm when moving. When normal they are about 12cm. They prefer undisturbed soils.
