Species Description
An invasive Non-native which is now widespread throughout the Southern half of the UK and locally common, being more scattered further North. Habitat includes: damp, shaded places such as hedgerows, stream / river sides, woodland, scrub, wasteland, field margins, road side verges etc. Flowers: April to June. Seed dispersal technique: by Ants. Bulbous Perennial.
