Species Description
Common and widespread throughout most of the UK especially in the South. Habitat includes: Open places with well drained soil such as wasteland, base of walls, coast, railway sides, cinders, roadsides, gardens etc. Flowers: April to December. An escape from the Oxford Botanic Garden in 1794. It is native to Sicily. Height: Up to 1 m. Short-lived Perennial.
