Species Description
A widely grown, late-flowering species which may persist and become naturalised. Habitat includes: gardens, parks, allotments, churchyards, sand dunes etc. Other names include: Cornish Lily, Cape Flower, Guernsey Lily.

Nerine bowdenii W. Watson differs (from N. sarniensis) in having the style and stamens markedly deflexed, and is the most commonly planted sp. in Britain
