Species Description

Widespread but local following a line from the Bristol Region to Bury St Edmunds; Scattered elsewhere. Habitat includes: Dry, calcareous soils in places such as grassland, raodside verges, railway banks etc. Growing habit: Biennial. Height: Up to 1.5 m. Flowers: July to September.
