Species Description
Widespread and fairly frequent throughout the UK except for the far North West. Habitat includes: Dry, basic to somewhat acidic soils in places such as arable fields, bare patches in grassland, lawns, heaths, woodland rides, open ground, rough / waste places, gravel-pits, railway banks etc. Growing habit: Annual. Flowers: April to October. Height: Up to 20 cm.
