Species Description

Widespread and fairly frequent throughout the UK apart from the Northern Mainland of Scotland and South East England. Habitat includes: Shallow, freshwater in places such as ponds, lakes, marshes, slow-moving streams, canals, ditches, dykes and rhynes etc. Growing habit: Annual / Perennial. Flowers: April to September.
