Species Description
Scattered but rare throughout most of the UK, especially around coasts. Habitat includes: coasts, cliff-top grassland, slopes overlying limestone / chalk, sandy banks, road side verges, wasteland. Often cultivated for tea and its medicinal properties - naturalises in rough, waste places.. Other names include: White Horehound. Height: Up to 45 cm. Herbaceous Perennial.
