Species Description
Widespread throughout the UK but only common in the North and West and being absent from most of the South East. Habitat includes: Prefers slightly acid soils in places such as damp woodland edge, scrub and hedgerows, heathland, moorland, by watercourses, rocky stream sides, hills etc. Flowers: May to June. Perennial. Height: Up to 2.5 m.
