Species Description
Widespread but infrequent throughout the UK. Habitat includes: gardens, parks, allotments, churchyards, hedgerows, scrub, wasteland, rubbish tips etc. Growing habit: Evergreen Perennial. Height: Up to 5 m. Chromosomes: 2n=96. Introduced into Britain in 1833 and was first recorded in the wild in 1963.
