Species Description
Scattered in the south. Habitat includes: road verges, woodland, heaths, gardens etc. An introduction from Australia and New Zealand; only first recorded in Britain in 2009 from Dorset but has become well-established in some areas. It is thought to have been introduced with Tree-ferns. Food plant: various ferns but predominantly Bracken. Other names include: Golden-brown Fern Moth.
