Species Description

Widespread but local in the South. Habitat includes: Dry, grassy places such as gardens, parks, allotments, churchyards, grassland, meadows, roadside verges, wasteland etc. Flight period: June to July. Dusk flying species. Diet: Larvae = Rootstock of Yarrow, Tansy. Wingspan: 12 - 15 mm. Other names include: Dichrorampha gueneeana (old name).
