Common and widespread throughout the UK. Habitat includes: Anywhere with trees and shrubs such as gardens, parks, allotments, churchyards, field margins, hedgerows, woodland, scrub etc. Larval food plant: various trees and shrubs such as Hawthorn and Blackthorn.
