Species Description

Common and widespread throughout the UK. Habitat includes: Found in damp places with plant litter or moss such as gardens, parks, allotments, cemeteries, woodland, hedgerows etc. Diet: algae and plant litter. Shell diameter: 6 - 8 mm. Smells like strong garlic.
