Species Description
A rare species but has been expanding its range and appears to be increasing. Habitat includes: Woodland rides, hedgerows, churchyards, gardens, parks, allotments etc. Usually seen on shiny-leaved evergreen shrubs. Flight period: 2 generations per year (February to May, and late summer to early autumn). Length: 7 mm. Food Plant: Honeysuckle.
