Species Description

Widespread and fairly frequent throughout the UK but mainly in the South. Habitat includes: places with a mix of deciduous trees and shrubs and grasses such as gardens, parks, allotments, churchyards, hedgerows, scrub, woodland, field margins, wasteland, meadows, grassland, roadside verges etc. Seen: May to July. Length: 4.5 - 5.5 mm.
