Widespread and fairly frequent throughout the UK. Habitat includes: Damp to wet places such as marshes, bogs, margins of ponds, lakes, rivers, streams and canals, ditches, dykes, rhynes, wet meadows etc. etc. Length: 4 - 6 mm. Seen: All year round.
