Muscari americanum (Grape-hyacinth)

Frequently grown in gardens and readily spreads and escapes onto pavements, verges close to habitation. Typically a deep blue but a single plant of the minty blue cultivar 'Peppermint' was found self-seeded on a block-paved Driveway on Wellington Hill, Horfield, Bristol in 2026 by D. Peters.
