Wasteland

Areas of disused land that have been recolonised by nature after human activity. They often include brown field sites, industrial sites. Wasteland is one of the most biodiverse habitats there is with a disturbed nature they replicate the conditions seen after natural forms of land exposure such as land slides, forest clearance etc. therefore allowing for perfect conditions for many wildflowers.
