Description

A suburban park located South of the River Wear in Sunderland covering approximately 10 Ha / 24.711 acres. The park was acquired by Thomas William Blackhouse in December 1922. Habitats include: woodland, scrub, stream, grassland, meadow, short grass, free standing trees. Holds a good number of birds including Bull Finch, Song Thrush and Black Caps.
