Species Description

Widespread and fairly frequent throughout the UK but absent from much of the Eastern half of England. Habitat includes: Damp, wet places such as marshes, fens, wet meadows, ditches, dykes, rhynes, pond margins, stream-sides, river banks etc. Growing habit: Perennial. Height: Up to 50 cm. Flowers: June to August.
