A rarely grown shrub in Britain. Other names include: Strawberry Dogood, Bentham's Cornel, Evergreen Dogwood, Himalayan Flowering Dogwood, Himalayan Strawberry-tree. Very similar to C. kousa which differs in being deciduous rather than evergreen and see).
