Species Description

Widespread but poorly recorded. Habitat includes: Anywhere with Alder, Birches, Willows and Poplars such as woodland, fen carr, moors, wetlands, parks, gardens etc. Life story: parasitises the larvae of Cimbex sawflies. Flight period: May to September.
